As an Ark farm we also keep unusual species of livestock. Some – like many species of wild plants and animals – are threatened with extinction. Ark farms aim to contribute towards preserving a precious inheritance that has been at home here for centuries. Hochzirm is the only Ark farm in the region with a farmhouse tavern and apartments.
