The prices stated are per person per day per apartment for a stay of at least 2 days.
There is a charge for every additional person staying in the apartment:
> Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge (on request we will provide a cot)
> Children from 3-7 years of age pay –70% of the price per day
> Children from 7-14 years of age pay –50% of the price per day
> over 14 years of age: pay –20% of the price per day

The local tourism tax is not included in the price and must be paid locally by every person over 14 years of age. The tax is € 1.75 per person / night.

Arrival: Your apartment is available from 3 pm.

Departure: Please vacate the apartment by 10 am.

In addition, our prices include:
> Breakfast in the Finsterbach Stube or as breakfast basket directly in your own Arche-Lodge
> Free interim cleaning in apartment if needed
> Use of our lawn
> Own sauna
> Children’s outdoor playground
> Parking
> Wireless internet throughout
> Bed linen, tea towels, bath and hand towels
> Weekly change of bed linen
> Small laundry room with washing machine
> Storage room for skis and ski boots
> Holiday pass

The standard products for living are provided free of charge to our guests upon their arrival in the apartment: salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee, coffee machine with pods, pots, garbage bags, tea, laundry detergent pods, towels, sponge, cleaning cloth. There is also a minibar with typical South Tyrolean delicacies, as well as our shop and the Ark Deli which are offering selected, homemade South Tyrolean specialties: bacon, our dumplings and „Schlutzer" offer you an excellent lunch and dinner. Beyond that, noodles, beer and wine can be enjoyed!

Deposit: 30% of the total cost.
The reservation will be treated as binding as soon as we receive your deposit. We are unable to refund this deposit in the event of a cancellation. You are welcome to settle your bill in cash or by credit / EC card when you leave.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel your stay up to 30 days before you were due to arrive, there will be no charge for the cancellation. Up to 15 days before you were due to arrive, 70% of the cost for the accommodation will be payable; up to 7 days before you were due to arrive, the charge will be 90% of the cost for the accommodation; and in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be payable.

Holiday pass:
The holiday pass includes free use of public transport in South Tyrol (scheduled public buses, ski buses, regional trains) and some ski lifts (Mühlbach-Meransen, Bolzano-Ritten). It also includes a colourful weekly programme of events and discounts for selected services.
